The short version of how ordering with Gulejaan works.
Orders
An order is only confirmed once we accept it with you on WhatsApp. Adding items to a cart or sending an order message is a request until we reply to confirm availability, delivery and payment.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and include the details visible on each product page at the time of ordering. Delivery is free over Rs. 5,000; any other delivery amount is confirmed with you before packing.
Availability
Fresh florals and small-batch pieces move quickly. If something you ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll tell you in the chat and offer an alternative or a full refund of anything already paid.
Product notes
Photos are made to reflect each piece as closely as possible. Fresh flowers and handcrafted items naturally vary a little in color, shape and size from the photos — that variation is part of the craft, not a fault.
Responsible use
Please use the site and the WhatsApp chat honestly — correct delivery details, respectful messages, and no resale of orders without agreement.
